DESCRIPTION:S.P.O.R.T.S– Seaton neighbourhoods | Partners | Opportunities | Residents Recreation | Training | Sports for free – open to all guests, friends & Aberdeen too\n\nMaking use of outside spaces for football, activity sessions, playdays, sports & fitness, dancing and working alongside other groups, services & professional bodies to improve everyone’s health, wellbeing & community wellness.\nIn the second year of partnership with Aberdeen Gurudwara, we know united, we will achieve so much more for the whole community. Last year this saw mixed backgrounds, genders and 11 to 50 years old, uniting and enjoying games of around 30 guests a session.\nThere will be a multi-gym area coming which will be based by Aulton court playground. This is part of our Seaton Trails ( https://freshcom.org.uk/projects/seaton-trails/ ) project groups. In addition there will be a further investment in outdoor activities, utilising the playing fields. Free, no barriers, fun & friendly – it is a fresh start, let’s get out and enjoy the fresh air too!\n \nOutdoor sports restarting please book via Eventbrite where possible\n
