DESCRIPTION:Seaton Trails ( https://freshcom.org.uk/projects/seaton-trails/ ) project includes Fresh ’55, our inclusion and support to our 55+ community members. These sessions will include engagement with residents & vulnerable community members, chats, support, walks & working on regenerating their areas. This will include gardening, decorating, creating seated shelters.
